2 nos Potatoes, cut into long strips
2 nos Green chillies
6- 8 cloves Garlic chopped
1 Tbs Red Chilies paste
1/2 tsp Ajinomoto (optional)
1/4 tsp Celery chopped
METHOD:
Marinate potatoes with the red chilli paste, green chilli garlic, celery, salt, ajinomoto and crispy the potatoes to golden brown.
Serve with hot garlic sauce.
