INGREDIENTS:
100 gms pasta- Penne
50 gms Babycorn
1 Onion
4-5 Cloves of Garlic
2 Green Chillies
1 Tsp Pepper
1 Star Anna seed Powdered
2 nos Elaichi Powdered
10 gms Cheese
1 Tbsp Cream
1/2 Red Capsicum
1/2 Tsp Oregano
1/2 Tsp Chilly Flakes
METHOD:
Boil Pasta and keep aside.
Cut Baby corn in long strips and keep aside.
In a frying pan add 1 Tbsp Olive oil, satue Onion, Garlic and Green chillies along with the spices.
Add the Baby corn and saute for sometime.
Add the pasta, Capsicum and cook for some time.
Now add the cream and before serving grate cheese over the pasta.
Sprinkle oregano and chilly flakes and serve with vegetable toss salad.
