150 Gms Chicken
1 tbsp Chilly paste
1 Tbsp Garlic
1 tsp Hosin sauce
1/4 tsp Celery Stick
6 nos Green chilly
1/2 Capsicum
1/2 Onion
1/2 tsp Ajinomoto
Sat to taste
1 Tbsp Corn Flour
METHOD:
Shredded Boneless chicken to be marinated with White pepper, salt & Ajinomoto and add white of egg and dust it with corn flour and deep fry
Add oil in a wok and saute chopped garlic, green chilly for some time
Add cooked chilly paste and hosin sauce & celery
Add chicken and saute for some time
Add ajinomoto & salt to taste
Add Capsicum & Onion
Add corn starch to thicken the gravy
Note in case you need more gravy, you can add more stock or water to the dish as required
Could be served with fried rice or noodles
