INGREDIENTS:
1 bowl cooked noodles
1 medium sized Carrot
8-10 Beans
2 Baby Potatoes
1 Onion
1 Capsicum
1 pod Garlic finely chopped
5-6 Baby corns
1 tsp Chilly paste
1 tbsp Tomato sauce
Spring onions
Ajinomoto ( optional)
Salt to taste
METHOD:
Slice the carrot and baby potatoes.
Dice the capsicum and onions.
Cut the beans and baby corns.
In a wok heat some oil and pan fry the noodles on both sides and nestle it on a plate.
Shallow fry the vegetables and keep aside.
Add some more oil in the wok and add the chilly paste and garlic and saute well.
Add in the onions , tomato sauce and other fried vegetables.
Add salt to taste and ajinomoto.
Pour 2 tbsp water and corn starch and when the sauce thickens, remove from flame and pour this over the fried noodles.
