CORN AND CAPSICUM MASALA RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

100 Gms Sweet corn 
1 no Capsicums, (cut into small cubes)
2 nos Onions 
2 nos Tomatoes 
3-4 sprig Coriander leaves
1/4 tsp Jeera seed
1 Tbsp Ginger- Garlic - paste
1 tsp Chilli powder
1/2 tsp Coriander powder
1/4 tsp Jeera powder
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder (haldi)
1 pinch Garam masala powder
50 grms Milk khoya

METHOD

Boil the corn in water and keep aside.
Add cumin seeds, when it starts crackling, add chopped onions and cook until golden brown.
Add ginger garlic paste; add red chili powder, Jeera powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder. Cook for some time.
Add chopped tomatoes and cook till oil leaves the masala,
Add milk khoya .
Add diced capsicum and mix well.
Finally add boiled corn, garam masala powder and serve hot with Paratha
