INGREDIENTS:
Heat the oil in a pan, add the onions tadka and sauté with chilli powder, turmeric powder and coriander seeds powder , black salt, amchor masala & Salt and sauté on a medium flame for some time
Add the ladies finger and potatoes, cook on a slow flame, stirring occasionally.

Add Kalonji, Onion, green chilli, garlic, turmeric, chilli powder & tomatoes with salt
Stuffing Paste
Add with little oil sauté chopped garlic, amchor powder, chilli powder and coriander powder in to a frying Pan and mix well and keep aside.
Pre cook the diced potatoes
