INGREDIENTS:
150 gms Chicken Boneless
1 Bunch Fresh Basil
1 Small Onion
1 Tsp Red Chilly Paste
6-8 Cloves of Garlic
1 Tsp Lemon Juice
Salt to taste
Ajinomoto
METHOD:
Marinade chicken with White Pepper, Salt and Ajinomoto. Shallow fry and keep aside.
Add Oil in a wok. Add chopped Garlic, onions and Chilly Paste. Cook for sometime.
Add the fried Chicken and Basil, Saute for sometime.
Add Lemon juice, Salt and Ajinomoto
Serve with Rice or Noodles.
