INGREDIENTS:
2 Cups Cooked Rice
1 Onion (sliced)
1 Capsicum (sliced)
Cabbage (sliced)
1 Medium sized Carrot (sliced)
4-5 Green Chillies (slit)
2 Eggs
2 Eggs boiled
2 Tbsp Mustard Sauce
Ajinomoto (optional)
Salt to taste
Oil
METHOD:
Pour some oil in a wok and scramble the eggs.
Add the rice and saute for a while.
Later add in the green chillies, carrot, onions, capsicum, cabbage
Finally add in the mustard sauce, ajinomoto and salt to taste.
Garnish with boiled eggs.
