INGREDIENTS:
200 gms Paneer
1 no Onion
1 no Capsicum
1 no Tomato
To Marinade:
100 ml Curd
1 Tbsp Garlic / Ginger Paste
1 Tbsp Chilli Powder
1 Tsp Turmeric Powder
1 pinch Black Salt
1 Tsp Jeera Powder
1 Tsp Chaat Masala
1 Tsp Mustard Oil
Salt to taste
METHOD:
Cut Paneer into long 2" X 2" thick cubes.
Cut all Onion, Capsicum , Tomato into cubes.
Mix all ingredients together.
Add the vegetable & Paneer to marinade. Set aside for a minimum of 1 hour.
Cook in Tandoor or in a griller (OTG)
Arrange the Paneer & vegetables on a platter brush melted butter and sprinkle Chaat masala on the dish.
Serve with mint chutney.
