PANEER / GOBI MANCHURIAN RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:

200 Gms Paneer or Gobi
2 tbsp Cornflour
1 no Onions
1 no Capsicum

4 nos Green chillies
1 Tbsp Ginger-Garlic paste
1 Tbsp Tomato Sauce
1 Tbsp Red Chilly Paste


METHOD:

Cut the paneer / gobi  into desired pieces.
Marinate the pieces with salt / ajinomoto / white pepper and corn flour  latter fry in the oil
Add ginger-garlic paste, green chilli, onions, capsicum, red chilli paste, tomato sauce,
Ajinomoto, salt and add corn flour starch
Garnish with spring onions and serve hot
