SALT & PEPPER MUSHROOMS RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:

10 nos Button Mushrooms
1 small pod Garlic, chopped
6 nos Green chilies
1 no Onions cubes
1 no Capsicum 
1 Tbsp Black pepper powder
1 tsp Ajinomoto
1 tsp Soya sauce
2 Tbsp Corn flour 
1 tsp Maida 
Spring onion 

METHOD:

Add cornflour, maida, white pepper, salt and a little water mix well o make a a thick batter.
Put the diced mushroom into the batter and fry until light brown.and keep a side.
Add garlic chop, green chilli Stir-fry till then add black pepper powder, soya sauce, salt to taste & ajinomoto
Add the fried mushrooms, capsicum & Onion and toss and serve.
Garnish with Spring Onions.
