KUNG PAO VEGETABLES RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:

5 nos Beans
1 no Carrot
1/2 bunch Spinach
2 floret Cauliflower
25 gms Green peas
1/4 inch Ginger – Jillian
10 gms Cashewnut
2 nos Red Chilli - Fried
1/2 spoon Soya sauce
1 gm Szechwan Pepper
1/2 tsp Chilli oil
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Ajinomoto
1 Tsp Cornflour

METHOD:

Add Chopped ginger, fried red chilli
Now add all vegetables, szechwan pepper & cashewnuts,
Add water bring the stock to a boiling point and add Soya sauce, Chilli oil.
Add Salt, Ajinomoto, corn flour and thicken
