100 Gms Kabuli Channa
2 no's Onion
4 sprig Curry leaves 1 inch Ginger
2 no's Tomatoes
4 no's Green chilly - sliced
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Chili powder
1/2 tsp Jeera powder
1/4 tsp Black salt
1/4 tsp Chaat masala
1/2 tsp Kasuri Methi
1 no Capsicum
1 no Onion
METHOD:
Onion & Curry leaves to be grinded together
Cook the channa in a cooker until it is soft
Add oil in a kadai and fry the onion paste until the onion turns golden brown
Add ginger Julian, green chilly cook for some time and add turmeric & chilly powder
Add the cooked channa, and mix properly.
Add jeera powder, black salt, chaat masala & kasuri methi, cook for some time,just before switching of the stove, add onion rings & slices of capsicum to the dishrecommend with poori or bhatura
