INGREDIENTS:
1 Tomato
1 Capsicums
1 Onion
4 Green Chillies
50 gms Baby Corn
1 Carrots
10 Beans
1 Potatoes
50 gms Paneer
1 Tbsp Ginger & Garlic paste
½ tsp Chaat Masala
1 tsp Chilli powder
¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
¼ tsp Coriander powder
¼ tsp Garam Masala powder
1 tsp Kasuri methi
Salt to taste
Butter - for frying
METHOD:
Cut the capsicum & onion into small dices and shallow fry them and keep a side
Add Butter in the pan fry kalonji, ginger, garlic paste & green chilly
Add all the vegetables, paneer and saute for some time
Add 2 Tbsp of Onion Tadka (Refer: Onion Tadka Recipe for assistants)
Add chilli powder, turmeric Powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, chaat masala
Add kasuri methi
Add shallow fried onion & capsicum
Serve with Paratha or Naan.
