HARIYALI CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS:

250 gms Boneless Chicken
1 tsp Ginger-Garlic paste
6-7 Green Chillies
Mint
Coriander
Curry Leaves
1/2 cup Curd
Lemon Juice
Egg white of one egg
2 Tbsp Cornflour
Salt to taste.

METHOD:

Grind all the above ingredients together
Marinate the chicken pieces with the ground masala and keep aside for an hour
Add in the egg white and corn flour and pan fry
Serve with mint chutney.
