SCHEZWAN HAKKA VEG NOODLES

INGREDIENTS:

200 gms partially cooked Noodles
1 Onion finely sliced
1 Tbsp finely chopped Garlic
1 cup shredded Cabbage
1 cup shredded Capsicum
1 Carrot julienned
2 Tbsp chopped Spring onions
4 Tbsp Schezwan sauce
Salt and pepper powder to taste
1 tsp Ajina motto (optional)
3-4 Tbsp oil

METHOD:

Heat oil in a wok, add finely chopped  garlic. Add the shredded carrots and saute for a few secs.
Add the cabbage and saute for a while then add in the shredded capsicum and the sliced onions.
Add the sauce, salt and ajina motto and saute for a minute and then add the cooked noodles.
Saute and toss the noodles for a few minutes until it is well coated with the sauce. Add pepper powder to taste.
Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve hot.
