YOUNG CHOW FRIED RICE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:

2 Cups Rice (jeera samba)
2 nos Eggs
10 Gms Green Peas
1 Tsp Chilly oil
2 nos Red Chilly
1 tsp Ajinomoto
1/2 tsp White Pepper powder
Salt to taste

METHOD:

Rice to be pre-cooked to 80% and cooled

Heat the wok very well and add oil and run it around the wok for some time.
Add beaten egg to the oil and make a scramble egg
Add the pre- cooked rice, Green peas, chilly oil, ajinomoto, white pepper & salt to taste and toss the rice until you get a fried rice fragrance
