KADAI PANEER RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

200 gms Paneer
1 no capsicum
3 nos Onion
1 tsp coriander Powder
1 tsp Red chilly powder
½ tsp Roasted Jeera Powder
½ tsp Kalonji( onion seeds)
½ tsp Black Salt
½ tsp Kasuri Methi
2 Green chillies
2 tsp Ginger & Garlic
2 no’s Tomatoes
4 sprig Coriander leaves (dhania)
3 tbsp ghee
Salt to taste

Shallow Fry : cube of Paneer, Onion & Capsicum
METHOD

Add little Oil in a pan and sauté Kalonji, chopped green chilli, chopped Onions & Turmeric
Add the ginger & garlic paste and cook on a slow flame for a few seconds
Add coriander powder, red chillies, roasted Jeera Powder Black Salt
Add the Tomatoes and cook on a slow flame for 1minute
Add the paneer and cook for a few minutes
Add the fried capsicum & onion
Add the kasoori methi and Ghee
Add salt to taste
Garnish with Ginger Julian & Coriander leaves serve with Paratha or Jeera Pulao
